About The Position

SUMMARY The Engagement Manager II (EMII) is a project manager who is responsible for leading complex, multi-product SaaS deployments across Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB accounts. Building upon the foundational responsibilities of the Engagement Manager I (EMI), the EMII plays a critical role in driving cross-functional alignment, strategic planning, and executive-level engagement to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client value realization. As a trusted advisor, the EMII guides clients through change management, platform adoption, and business transformation. This role requires advanced project leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of RealPage solutions and the multifamily industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS implementation, engagement management, or similar experience with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level projects
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and enterprise transformation
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% based on client needs

  • Experience with RealPage platform and multifamily industry operations
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead implementation projects primarily for our mid-level clients ( 2,500-7,500 units ) involving multiple RealPage products and business units. Participate in high level onboarding programs that align with client goals and RealPage best practices.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior client executives. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, executive steering committees, and ongoing touch point calls to ensure alignment and value realization.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Coach and mentor new EM’s, providing guidance on project delivery, client communication, and risk management. Serve as a role model for cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, tools, and templates. Contribute to the evolution of RealPage’s onboarding framework and change management strategies.
  • Risk & Change Management Expertise: Lead complex change management initiatives, including cultural, technical, and operational transitions. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies that ensure successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Support, and Training teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Influence product roadmap and service offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
