About The Position

This organization’s public sector division is rapidly expanding to meet the growing demand for advanced AI and machine learning capabilities supporting national security. As a member of the Public Sector Delivery team, you’ll be at the center of this mission—owning account plans, guiding technical execution, and ensuring customers achieve measurable success. You are both strategist and operator: a hybrid of customer success, program management, and technical problem -solving. You’ll manage relationships from executive leaders to engineers in the field, ensuring seamless delivery of complex AI/ML solutions that drive real impact for defense and government partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including customer -facing roles in technical program management, professional services, or government program delivery
  • Foundational understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps)with a strong aptitude to master generative AIworkflows
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated analytical and structured problem -solving capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience leading cross -functional initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfort managing senior -level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Active or prior Secretor Top Secretclearance
  • Experience in defense, defense technology, or AI companies
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
  • Understanding of enterprise IT and logistics use casesfor generative AI within the U.S. government
  • Familiarity with IT compliance or cybersecurity tools such as Jiraand Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage trusted relationships across all levels of the customer organization—from executives to end users
  • Oversee operational planning and successful AI/ML solution implementation for assigned accounts
  • Lead or co -lead cross -functional project teams to deliver against customer AI/ML objectives
  • Manage account health proactively, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and delivery frameworks to scale success across customers
  • Partner with clients to understand operational challenges and advocate for fixes or enhancements with internal engineering teams
  • Engage directly with customer IT and engineering teams, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring effective product adoption
