As an Engagement Manager, you will act as the day-to-day lead on small and mid-size projects or key workstreams within larger engagements. You will increasingly work through others, coaching / supporting Analysts and Consultants, making strong individual contributions, and providing effective support to senior team members where needed. You will be a core point of contact for clients, developing productive and enduring relationships and beginning to establish yourself as a credible strategic advisor. You will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with Prescient’s high-quality standards. As your clients will mainly be in the US, the Engagement Manager position requires a good understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical market and trends.
