As an Engagement Manager, you will routinely act as the project lead on multiple smaller engagements or as a workstream lead within larger, more complex projects. You will increasingly deliver work through others, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members while maintaining hands‑on involvement in critical aspects of project delivery. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a credible thought partner who understands client challenges and proactively identifies opportunities to add value. Engagement Managers often develop a clear area of specialization aligned with their experience and strengths. You will work across a mix of primary market research and strategy consulting projects, contributing to research design, analysis, insight generation, and the development of compelling client‑ready deliverables. Many projects include interactive client workshops, where you will play a core facilitation role. In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to proposal development, budgeting, and account growth initiatives, as well as take on line management responsibilities.
