About The Position

Client Relationship & Partnership Management Grow and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, serving as primary point of contact Stay aligned with Business Unit strategy from opportunity identification through project completion Maintain daily client contact and relationships, setting clear expectations and reporting on delivery progress Serve as first point of escalation for client issues, resolving directly or escalating as needed Manage scope discussions and negotiations with clients, alerting teams of scope changes Manage and write change orders based on input from delivery teams Provide scope estimations (in collaboration with the development team leadership cohort) and tracking Ensure smooth day-to-day project operations and delivery processes Manage project budgets proactively to maintain targeted margins, including WBS management and invoicing approvals Work with practice leads to resolve personnel and performance issues as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management with demonstrated success in complex technology projects in a client services environment
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with proven relationship management skills
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and product management principles
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in consulting, agency, or enterprise software environments
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
  • Deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and financial tracking
  • Knowledge of product management principles and roadmap development
  • Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Experience in conflict resolution and escalation management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Experience with product roadmap development and prioritization
  • Experience with scope management and change control processes
  • Experience in digital transformation or innovation consulting
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience with Launch's target industries (Fortune 500, manufacturing, professional services)
  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
