Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managed care or formulary management services.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically in a complex business environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support various activities related to communications, conferences, presentations, and platform demonstrations.
- Lead clinical content strategy and management, integrating third-party content.
- Curate clinical and economic content through eNewsletter dissemination.
- Develop and implement recruitment and engagement strategies based on market research.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and engagement metrics, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute conferences for the team.
- Create marketing collateral and deliver virtual demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to engage key market segments and present findings.
- Support business development activities including lead generation.
- Mentor junior team members in clinical and managed care concepts.
