Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managed care or formulary management services.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically in a complex business environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support various activities related to communications, conferences, presentations, and platform demonstrations.
  • Lead clinical content strategy and management, integrating third-party content.
  • Curate clinical and economic content through eNewsletter dissemination.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and engagement strategies based on market research.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment and engagement metrics, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan and execute conferences for the team.
  • Create marketing collateral and deliver virtual demonstrations.
  • Conduct market research to engage key market segments and present findings.
  • Support business development activities including lead generation.
  • Mentor junior team members in clinical and managed care concepts.
