PA’s Global Energy and Utilities team is seeking a Denver-based consultant with energy analytics, quantitative analysis, and fundamentals experience. This role supports energy investor and utility clients in navigating diverse and evolving investment and operating environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate/project finance, investment banking, or restructuring, with specific experience in the energy industry. Key skills include developing financial models, conducting due diligence, preparing presentations, developing three-statement financial models, performing 13-week cash flow analyses, understanding Chapter 11 processes, completing asset valuations, managing client relationships, and staying informed on industry trends, including policy and regulation.
