Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, canvassing, or direct sales
  • Confident communicator who can train, motivate, and close deals
  • Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Full-time availability: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 18+
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Solar or renewable energy background a plus

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods daily — talk to homeowners, and spark interest in renewable energy.
  • Coach your team: train new sales reps, share best practices, and build a competitive culture.
  • Drive results: set targets, strategize, and execute campaigns with the management team.
  • Represent with integrity: educate customers accurately, follow compliance, and build trust.
  • Stay knowledgeable: keep up on renewable trends, sales strategy, and company updates.
