JBW-FEDITC Joint Venture develops and manages mission-critical national security systems and networks worldwide and provides comprehensive Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support and Subject Matter Expertise for a vast array of military programs. Position Overview: Energy Project Manager provides technical and administrative support for the development and execution of third-party financed energy projects, including ESPCs, UESCs, and related resilience efforts. Supports project reviews across all phases-Preliminary Assessment (PA), Investment Grade Audit (IGA), construction, and performance-to ensure technical accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable DoD and federal energy management policies. Brings an engineering or technical background to assist with reviewing calculations, evaluating design concepts, and coordinating project documentation with AF OEA, AFIMSC Detachments, and installation stakeholders. An active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position. This position requires on-site support at Tyndall Air Force Base. Candidates must be local to the area or willing to relocate, as remote work is not permitted.
