The Energy Engineering Analyst is responsible for the research, analysis, and management of existing and new energy management initiatives to promote sustainability and long-term profitability while managing RaceTrac's impact on the environment. They will engage with and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and enact effective, valuable, and impactful energy efficient initiatives. The Energy Engineering Analyst is also responsible for the effective management of the utility rebate program. They will perform all energy modeling for measurement and verification requirements for program eligibility. The Energy Engineering Analyst will also be responsible for developing key rebate program relationships within the utility. Optimizing key industry knowledge on rebate programs, this role will identify, evaluate, and recommend equipment upgrades with higher efficiency specifications. They will have an opportunity to engage with peer-led industry groups to benchmark on progress and promote energy management and sustainability efforts in the c-store and retail industry.
