About The Position

POSITION: Energy Engineer / Recommissioning Agent / PM LOCATION: Lakewood, CO RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to apply technical expertise and project leadership to support all recommissioning activities Communicate efficiently and effectively with Techs, Engineers, Contractors & Subcontractors, Operation Managers, and Clients Contribute to the development of testing, recommissioning plans, and QA/QC documentation Ability to support the technical analysis, review, measurement, and verification of financially guaranteed projects, and contracting solutions Work effectively with team members on client and opportunity qualification, preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis Lead small team of Controls Technicians and manage all scheduling and coordination Provide team members with energy and financial analysis results for equipment performance, performance contracts, and other contract offerings Create, review and document energy simulation models Perform site walk-throughs and identify energy conservation measures Determine and advise methods for measurement and verification of system performance Investigate, trouble-shoot, and problem solve a wide variety of challenges related to renewable energy designs and integration within existing infrastructures Build and maintain client relationships COMPANY INFO: Established over 35 years ago About 100 employees Industries/Services/Work: Industries: Heavy Public Sector, Commercial Services: Preventative & Predicative Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance & Operations Work: Service & Retrofit OFFERED Competitive Compensation Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Company Covered Travel Expenses Remote Options Company Laptop/Cell Phone, Company Tools 401k with Match Generous Vacation/Holiday

Responsibilities
