About The Position

Bachelor's degree or higher in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 5-8 years' experience in energy auditing for commercial, industrial, datacenter, or other complex building types. Advanced skills in energy & CFD simulation/modeling tools (e.g., EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder/Studio, IES VE, ANSYS). Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical analysis software. Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, controls, and lighting systems. Experience in retro-commissioning, renewable energy, decarbonization, electrification, or net zero initiatives is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform embodied carbon and lifecycle assessments (LCA) for buildings and products. Professional credentials (PE, CEM, CEA, BEMP, or equivalent) preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for clients. Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and take ownership of tasks without requiring close supervision. Consulting mindset with proven client-facing experience and a strong command of the English language.
