The Assistant Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the supervision and training of the field technicians. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory ordering, distribution of tools to field technicians, van inventory and contractor management. The position involves monitoring inventory usage, coordinating with the inventory coordinator for orders, tracking and conducting monthly van inventories, and providing necessary inventory reports. It also includes addressing customer complaints, preparing and sharing metrics on field installations, monitoring installations to ensure technician reliability and performance, and overseeing training and daily support for multiple projects, including technical energy analysis and testing systems. The supervisor will assist in delivering performance management, coaching, counseling, and compliance oversight for the field team, support operational efficiency by monitoring dispatch and performance of other support functions, collaborate with distributors for cost-saving opportunities, and manage inventory of supplied materials and company-issued equipment.
