We don’t hire everyone — we build disciplined teams that win. This role is designed for driven individuals who want real opportunity, not just a paycheck. As an Energy Consultant – Entry Level, you will represent Housebuildr in residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners on energy-saving solutions and setting qualified appointments for our senior consultants. You are the first point of contact and a critical part of the sales process. No solar experience is required — training, scripts, and daily coaching are provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Availability for afternoon/evening work

Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Educate residents on energy efficiency and solar options
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments
- Follow Housebuildr scripts and field standards
- Track activity and results in CRM
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and coachability
