About The Position

Lytegen is building an elite closing team. We are not hiring average reps we are recruiting proven producers who know how to walk into a home, control a conversation, build trust fast, and close. This role is for experienced sales professionals who want quality appointments, operational support, and a company that executes not handholding, not babysitting. This is a Full-Time role with compensation ranging: $70000 to $100000 + per year (Uncapped Commissions). Top performers: $200000 + annually. We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultant who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance-based role built for individuals who want income growth, authority, and real responsibility. You do not need prior solar or high-ticket sales experience to succeed here. What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of your outcomes. You are not just selling a product. You are consulting our homeowners on high-impact solutions that improve long-term value and decision making. Your success is measured by execution, accuracy, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with qualified prospects
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Lead conversations with confidence and structure
  • Educate customers clearly on products, pricing, and process
  • Handle objections with logic, professionalism, and control
  • Close agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate
  • Maintain strict pipeline discipline and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for execution
  • Follow pricing, compliance, and process standards
  • Protect company margin and brand integrity
