About The Position

WOCAP, a local non-profit organization, is seeking qualified candidates for our Energy Conservation Case Management Specialist, based at our Central location. This position is 40 per week, typically 8am-5pm.

Requirements

MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Must be flexible-may need to work weekends or evenings.
Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance required.
Ability to check electronic mail, entering data into program-specific software for required reports, and Internet skills required.

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree in Human Services or Social Services preferred, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Administer services related to this program, including but not limited to the client's need assessment.
Provide case management activities which can include intake, assessment of needs, service planning, service plan implementation, service coordination, monitoring with follow-up, reassessment, case conferencing, crisis intervention, and case closure.
Provide clients with energy and financial counseling as needed.
Provide clients with assistance with energy vendors and energy reduction education.
Conduct in-home assessments of usage and reduction opportunities.
Supply documentation and tracking of information and other duties as determined and assigned by the Program Manager and/or Director.
Enter customer information data appropriately.
