Energy and Commodities Trainee Broker Graduate Program 2026, Houston/Edison, N.J. Looking to build your client relationship, sales and trading skills? Our Graduate Program starts in June/July 2026 and offers trainees the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across the various products in Energy & Commodities space. These positions are located in offices in the Houston and NY/NJ areas. The opportunity: The Energy and Commodities Trainee Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to gain unique insight into the energy and commodities industry, the role of a Broker and a view into how the World’s largest Inter-Dealer Broker functions. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary, the program offers an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to build a career in Broking within the Energy and Commodities space. Ideal candidates will be excited to work in a fast paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. If you consider yourself an excellent communicator with a delivery mindset and are comfortable with sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This a 5-7month structured program in Energy & Commodities offering on-the job learning, coaching and mentorship from Senior Management. Upon the completion of the program, you will be assessed and considered for a full-time permanent appointment within a team you are best suited to. Requirements

• You will be a student in your final year of studies, able to undertake a full time permanent position starting June 2026.
• Available for an in-person assessment center for one of the three office locations between January – February 2026.
• A passion for working with people, the ability to navigate ambiguity and someone who thrives in a position which requires a delivery mindset.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
• Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
