About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Energy Asset Associate - Fiduciary Coordinator to join the Oil, Gas & Minerals Real Estate Asset Management Services team within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) division. In this role, you will: Support Energy Asset Managers in delivering fiduciary guidance, client service, and relationship management. Assist in researching moderate to highly complex fiduciary and investment account issues while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Execute energy related transactions, distributions, and compliance documentation. Review, analyze, and respond to risk management reports; identify and escalate potential client retention concerns. Recommend and support implementation of process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal partners, peers, vendors, and leaders to resolve issues and achieve business goals. Interact with internal customers to support fiduciary and asset-management activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting oil, gas, mineral, or energy-related assets within a fiduciary, trust, banking, or real estate environment
  • Familiarity with oil and gas concepts such as leases, division orders, royalty statements, JIBs, and title or conveyance documents.
  • Ability to interpret legal descriptions, title work, and documentation related to mineral assets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn complex fiduciary and asset‑management systems.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and experience resolving escalated or complex client/vendor issues.
