About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking experienced Endpoint Support Technicians to provide on-site IT operational support within IT Platform Services. This role will play a key part in supporting the Windows 11 Lifecycle initiative along with ongoing daily IT support operations across multiple office locations in Sacramento . The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in enterprise desktop support environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing enterprise-level desktop and endpoint support
  • Technical support experience within the last 3 years
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 11
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise domain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Windows operating systems and user profile support
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with system imaging and deployments
  • Experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computer hardware and peripherals in a networked environment
  • Experience with OS and hardware lifecycle replacement
  • Access to a personal vehicle for travel between local office locations (approximately 7.4 miles apart)

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA certification (or equivalent technical certification)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience with software installations and upgrades
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose, research, and resolve software-related issues

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support at designated office locations
  • Travel between local office sites as required (personal vehicle)
  • Support Windows 11 lifecycle activities, including deployments and user assistance
  • Perform computer hardware and software lifecycle replacement services
  • Conduct hardware, software, and user inventory management
  • Provide desktop, laptop, and tablet technical support
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals (printers, plotters, etc.)
  • Support conference rooms, committee meetings, and board meetings with technical setup and troubleshooting
  • Resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
  • Maintain operational support coverage during standard business hours
