As part of the Central Valley’s largest healthcare system, our Information Technology Services team supports the technology foundation that powers patient care across multiple hospitals, clinics and administrative locations. In this senior-level role within our Desktop Design and Client Services division, the Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected, secure and operating efficiently. Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies — including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals — to ensure systemwide performance and security. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise while mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable and secure endpoint solutions. Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture, lifecycle management and user experience across the organization.
