Requirements

Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Engineering.
Certifications: Microsoft MD-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Certification ITIL v4
Experience: 5–8 years in endpoint engineering.
Clearance: Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.
Manage SCCM/Intune image deployment and patch compliance.
Develop GPOs, endpoint baselines, and configuration scripts.
Ensure integration with DOT’s ITSM toolset (ServiceNow/Remedy).
Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents.
