Being an Endpoint Administrator at iManage Means… You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Intune solutions within the organization to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management. This role is critical in deploying devices, managing security policies, and supporting users across various endpoints, such as mobile devices and computers. As the Endpoint Administrator, you will be essential to the organization adopting modern device management and security using Microsoft’s cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

  • Designing and implementing Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.​
  • Managing security baselines, compliance policies, and conditional access to ensure device and data protection.​
  • Packaging and deploying applications and managing configuration profiles through Intune.​
  • Performing troubleshooting for Intune services, application deployment, updates, and device issues.​
  • Planning and executing upgrades or updates to Intune services and features.​
  • Monitoring device health and maintaining software deployments for compliance.​
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to optimize endpoint management and integrate with security technologies like Defender for Endpoint and Azure AD.​
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field—equivalent experience is often acceptable.​
  • 4+ years’ experience managing Intune environments with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) architecture and administration.
  • One or more certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate (preferred).​
  • Strong PowerShell or other scripting experience for automation and customization reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance within Intune.​
  • Familiarity with modern management approaches, including co-management with Configuration Manager.​
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and in a team setting.​
  • Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, and group policy management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining security and compliance.
