JOB SUMMARY Provides technical hardware and software service in the form of set-up, configuration, testing, installation, maintenance, operating systems and break/fix of all physical/virtual endpoint and applications supported. Requirements

  • Requires knowledge of information technology concepts at a level normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in computer science, information technology or related field; and
  • Four years' experience in Windows system administration or engineering role, with direct experience in Intune and Group Policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tenant migration with hybrid joined Windows devices is highly desirable
  • Prior experience with cloud managed devices in an AD environment
  • Working knowledge of ITSM practices; experience with incident, change, and asset management processes
  • Experience with Power BI or scripting
  • Intune packaging experience, preferably with Robopack
  • Experience managing Windows Update for Business
  • Mobile Device Management via Intune

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, including software deployments, patching, compliance policies, and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Configuration policies, local security policies to ensure endpoint consistency and security.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of Windows configurations and baselines to support operational and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows endpoints, client-server communication, and management tool configurations.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • Participate in endpoint lifecycle management, including imaging, provisioning, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Work with other IT teams to support project rollouts, application packaging, and user onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support during maintenance windows as needed.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
