About The Position

Join our dynamic team of Endocrine providers at CentraCare Health Plaza. This position will have a strong focus on diabetes care. Schedule: 1.0 FTE Monday- Friday - 8:00am – 4:30pm No call responsibilities. No weekends or Holidays. To be considered for our position you would need to: Have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be eligible for Minnesota licensure. New graduates will be considered. Overall preference will be given to candidates that have personal and/or professional experience in diabetes care. Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $116,480 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $116,480 - $156,936 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
