About The Position
Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Nashua, NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing care in a community setting. About this position: Full-time (36 clinical hours per week) with flexible scheduling Existing practice with 3 Endocrinologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers 100% consultative with thyroid ultrasound and radioactive iodine therapy on-site Diabetic educators and nutritionists on-site Fully integrated Epic EMR system Established physician and patient referral base
