Position Summary: Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a full-time End User Support Technician for the Fond du Lac Campus. This position works to support the College’s end users with their interaction with technology. This technology includes, but is not limited to, College-owned desktop PCs, laptops, thin clients, zero clients, printers, MFPs, scanners, classroom technology, software including common desktop applications as well as online software and related peripherals to support the organization. The successful candidate will have an Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and two years of related experience, including help desk experience.
