About The Position
The End User Support Analyst at CFS Brands LLC is responsible for providing technical support to employees using Windows-based computers and iOS devices. This role serves as a primary backup to IT Operations, focusing on hardware and application-related tasks, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and maintaining quality control processes.
