Requirements

Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus.
Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Commission-based compensation with fast-start bonus structure increasing commission up to 20% during the first three months.
Base salary ranging from USD $500 to $1,000 per month after initial ramp period, based on performance.
