We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
  • Additional duties include driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
  • Learn plate number and identify colors.
  • Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
  • Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
  • Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.
