About The Position

In the Dryer Cell Operator role you will operate equipment which produces milk powder for use as food ingredient. You will report to our Dairy Manager. If successful, you will be an important contributor within our Dairy food manufacturing process! #LI-Onsite

Requirements

Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.
Communicate and work with a team within a safe, clean food manufacturing environment
Stand for extended periods of time, lift 50 lb bags and CIP equipment and climbing equipment to check operation and clean
Strong attention to detail and pro-active work ethic
Responsible for effective communication between crews
Competent with computer use
Learn and interact in SAP
Work overtime and adjust work schedules
Positive team player
Excellent analytical ability

Responsibilities

Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety
Set up spray drying equipment within tower and on packaging floor
Operate packaging, batching and all other assigned equipment within the Dryer area
Take samples and test per instructions with appropriate equipment and record information on production reports
Record and validate process information per state and Conagra requirements
Enter data in Production and Quality information systems
Assist in area cleanup
Participate in plant wide Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all Safety policies, including all Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
Responsible for Food Safety and Quality
Regular, Reliable attendance is necessary
