What You'll Do What the intern will work on: Support the product management team in early-stage (upstream) product development activities for the ASTRA™ platform. Conduct market and competitive research to help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in surgical enabling technologies. Support the creation of training materials, sales tools, or launch assets. Develop dashboards and data analytics tools to ensure proper reporting and tracking of surgeon usage and revenue. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in medical technology, software-enabled products, or healthcare innovation.
  • Comfortable working with data, technical concepts, or complex systems, even if still learning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to organize information and communicate clearly.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis tools, or basic technical platforms is a plus—but not required.
