Requirements

  • You have proven experience delivering training and strategic enablement content in a B2B SaaS environment, with an understanding of the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • You’re a collaborative, self-motivated educator who enjoys turning complex product concepts into clear, strategic, and actionable learning experiences for both customers and internal teams.
  • You enjoy learning new technologies and helping others understand how to use them effectively and confidently.
  • You’re comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely across teams.
  • You’re able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical customer audiences.
  • You have experience designing and delivering training programs for a range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external customers.
  • You’re a strong professional writer, with the ability to develop clear, outcome-driven messaging and strategic narratives for customer-facing use cases.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments that require multitasking, strong time management, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • You bring excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with copywriting or content management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own product enablement and adoption initiatives across the EverTrue portfolio, supporting both customers and internal teams in maximizing value.
  • Design and deliver a scalable train-the-trainer program for Customer Success, Sales, and Support.
  • Create and maintain adoption-focused enablement content, including use case decks, best practices, implementation guidance, and feature resources.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to design and co-host customer-facing webinars focused on product value and best practices.
  • Deliver multi-channel enablement experiences that drive adoption, including live sessions, on-demand learning, in-app guidance, and video content.
  • Manage the enablement roadmap and content lifecycle, aligning materials to product launches and evolving business priorities.
  • Stay closely aligned with product updates, quickly creating or refreshing enablement content as features evolve.
  • Use customer feedback and usage data to measure enablement impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools and existing resources to streamline content creation and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for customers and internal teams.
