Overview of the Role Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Enablement PMO (Project Management Office) team partners directly with Enablement and Sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic program planning, readiness optimization, and global execution support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Employee Success. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the Enablement Roadmap, ensuring our training initiatives are data-driven and effectively "ramping" our sales organization. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead global programs to fruition. Projects range from evaluating the ROI of training programs to building scalable reporting infrastructure that tracks rep competency and sales performance.
