Enablement and Development Intern
About The Position

Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on-the-job training, participating in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events! How You'll Help Us Connect the World As an Enablement and Development Intern, you will be responsible for developing a Customer Proposal Template for the Data Center Team. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Human Resources, and Enablement teams to develop this content. This role will be based in Shakopee, MN.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master's degree in English, Marketing or Journalism from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
- Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)
Nice To Haves
- Experience using Word macros (VBA) and Building Blocks to automatically assemble a proposal
- Written stories or articles in college or for work
- Familiar with using Microsoft Copilot (or other platform such as Grammarly) to assist in writing
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
- Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
- Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
- Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
