Requirements

Active EMT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility, reliability, and comfort working across multiple locations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic setting
Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and visit information
Assist providers during patient visits and procedures
Support accurate clinical documentation and care coordination
Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms to ensure readiness
Travel between clinic locations based on operational needs
Adapt quickly to different workflows while maintaining consistent standards of care
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow
