The Center for Emergency Medicine - Ambulance and Chair is looking to hire Casual Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B). Covering a diverse urban-to-rural response area, our team answers an average of 40,000 calls annually across 45 communities in Washington and Greene Counties, providing both 911 emergency response and non-emergency medical transport. Position Summary The EMT -Basic provides high quality prehospital emergency medical care and non-emergency medical transportation in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations, regional protocols, and Ambulance and Chair policies. EMTs function as a part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care, safety, and professionalism.
