Job Summary The EMS Communications Chief is responsible for the leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of the NARMC EMS Communications Center. This role ensures the efficient intake and prioritization of emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinates EMS dispatch operations, and maintains communication systems and documentation standards. As a member of the EMS administrative leadership team, the Communications Chief collaborates with operational and clinical leaders to enhance EMS performance, develop policies and procedures, and support emergency preparedness initiatives.
