The EMR Support and Training Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs related to the use of all Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and platforms across clinical and administrative teams. This role ensures that end-users are proficient and confident in using EMR tools to improve patient care, documentation accuracy, and overall workflow efficiency. The EMR Support and Training Specialist will also support onboarding, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts. (This is a full time position that will support our EMR and IT team in Charlotte, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm).
