About The Position

EMR Integration Provider Engagement Specialist - Business Change Manager Sr Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The EMR Integration Provider Engagement Specialist - Business Change Manager Sr is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience supporting mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical product information and research data with the ability to convey it in a way that customers at varying levels can comprehend and use the information.
  • Experience working with health systems on strategic initiatives with focus on HEDIS, claims, or other areas impacted by EMR connectivity.
  • Ability to deliver effective verbal and written presentations to health systems.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to identify solutions for customers in a consultative approach.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, with timely follow-up.

  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
