About The Position

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an EMR Data Analyst to join our Asset Management Team in Fort Washington, PA . In this role, you will bridge the gap between the field and digital systems—ensuring maintenance data is structured, reliable, and ready to support long ‑ term asset performance. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced EMR professional who enjoys leading field data collection efforts, maintaining high ‑ quality asset records, and supporting CMMS and CCMS platforms used by critical client operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Data Science, or Data Analytics strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to mentor and support junior team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, and reporting) as well as SharePoint and digital file management systems
  • Proficiency with CMMS software such as SAP, BlueMountain, and Maximo required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adhere to client site ‑ specific requirements
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel locally as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of metrology data management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead field walkdowns to collect detailed equipment, instrumentation, and asset hierarchy data
  • Review and validate technical documentation to ensure accurate, compliant asset records
  • Maintain Master Asset Listings (MALs) and project spreadsheets supporting CMMS and CCMS platforms
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support timely, accurate population of maintenance systems
  • Identify and support improvements to preventive maintenance, instrumentation, and loop data within CMMS/CCMS
  • Coordinate asset labeling, inventory movement, and stockroom activities as needed
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and quality review support for junior team members and client users
