The right Merchandise Replenishment Team Member will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The Emporium Replenishment Team Member performs functions directly related to maintaining appropriate stock levels on the selling floor and organized inventory in the stockroom in accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood procedures. This host will also provide operational support and facility upkeep while providing excellent customer service to guests and encourage merchandise purchases to enhance the Dollywood Company experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
