About The Position

We are looking for a self-starter dedicated to lifelong learning and are passionate for teaching others so they can succeed in the workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in Employment Services or related fields, or a combination of education and experience that can be equivalent.
• High School Diploma required.
• Basic technology/email skills required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed. Can plan own schedule around supporting the employment needs of participants. $1 additional per hour for job coaching after 6pm or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales or training experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with different learning styles and abilities preferred.
• Must want to work one on one with individuals be excited to make a difference in the lives of others!

Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting participant’s skills, needs, and interests to determine appropriate employment opportunities and supports needed
• Researching, developing, and creating internships and employment opportunities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, human resources groups, and employment networks
• Providing job coaching
