About The Position
The Adult Home and Community-Based Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with their employment search and job development.
- Developing collaborative relationships with area employers and local community partners to ensure future placements.
- Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings.
- Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations.
