About The Position

Build strong one‑on‑one relationships with clients to assess needs, address employment barriers, and support job placement and retention Provide comprehensive case management, follow‑up, and individualized support Conduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation; ensure accurate and timely documentation Facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops Coordinate with schools, employers, account managers, and internal teams to support positive outcomes Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation Monitor participant progress, attendance, and follow‑through on planned activities Provide referrals to community and social service resources as needed Manage program operations, including workshops, grants, reporting, and placement data Collaborate with business services to align training with employer needs Support compliance standards, reporting requirements, and operational improvements Assist with center operations and other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field or 2 - 3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitation
  • Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and public‑speaking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Knowledge of diverse career pathways
