Driven by a customer-centric focus and Lean Six Sigma methodologies this position will have an on-site presence, responsibility for supporting the reporting and recruiting, and service commitment on a daily basis for an outsourced internal and external exempt and non-exempt recruiting account.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Bosch HR department and hiring managers while supporting the hiring process.
  • Coordinate exempt offer, acceptance, and follow-up.
  • Act as liaison between MAU recruiters and Bosch representatives for hiring activities for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Post all positions in TalentHub, the Bosch applicant tracking system, and job boards as necessary.
  • Review all applications in TalentHub.
  • Send out interview packets to hiring department.
  • Schedule all internal and external interviews for positions.
  • Send out offer packets – internal and external.
  • Ensure Hiring Managers schedule follow-up meetings with internal candidates not selected for positions including coordinating meetings if requested.
  • Disposition candidates utilizing the Bosch ATS including ensuring issuance of rejection letters – internal and external.
  • Send post-fill and post-hire surveys to hiring managers and candidates for external exempt & non-exempt positions.
  • Facilitate onboarding for all External New Hires.
  • Schedule drug screen.
  • Initiate nationwide criminal background check utilizing identified vendor
  • Setup in Equifax system for I-9 processing.
  • Initiate relocation (if necessary).
  • Schedule pre-employment physicals for New Hires
  • Notify onsite Medical department of new hire starts for designated positions requiring 1st day medical review (material handler, etc)
  • Inform new hire when and where to report on first day.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system by monitoring/dispositioning candidates, reviewing positions, etc.
  • Complete new hire paperwork and folder.
  • Close and file position information.
  • Coordinate New Hire orientation
  • Follow-up with candidates to ensure all required background steps are completed
  • Maintain various reporting spreadsheets for Bosch and MAU
  • Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings
  • Prepare various required monthly reports – billing, metric, etc.
  • Ensure compliance to federal I9 regulations by performing regular report checks in the Equifax system
  • Facilitate pre-employment assessments for positions that require skills test (Maintenance Tech, Controls Tech etc.)
  • Provide weekly status communication (meetings, emails, etc.) to Hiring Managers with open positions
  • Attend bi-weekly Bosch HR meetings and communicate organizational and process related changes to local HR team.
  • Assist onsite MAU Managed Services and Talent Services as needed with employee questions, recruitment/screening, and other duties as needed
  • Participate in hiring events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
