About The Position

In this role, you will support individuals living with mental health challenges in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting individuals with job readiness, including resume development and interview preparation Supporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment Building relationships with local employers and community partners Providing ongoing support to help individuals succeed in the workplace Delivering services in community settings, including homes and job sites Collaborating with the multidisciplinary ACT team to support whole-person care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Why Join Us? Requirements

Experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in community-based settings
Qualified Professional (QP) status
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout Wake County
Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of employment supports or vocational services preferred
Experience with ACT teams or community-based services is a plus
