Responsibilities

• Employment Specialist provides direct vocational assessment, job development, and job coaching services to participants.
• The Employment Specialist will participate in identifying needed support to overcome barriers to employment.
• The foundation of all activities will focus on individual recovery through meaningful community participation, contribution, and membership.
• Assist individuals with job tasks to ensure skill retention.
• Assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining community employment opportunities.
• Transport individuals to job sites.
• Assist individuals with job tasks to ensure skill retention (at the Job Site)
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily/employment activities using an online system.
• Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
