About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent + two years of related work experience, preferably with individuals with disabilities OR Degree in human services/social services + minimum one year of related experience
  • Strong self‑management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of basic business concepts and workplace expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer-based office software
  • Sensitivity and respect for individuals with disabilities
  • Must live within 15 miles of Burnsville
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a MN DHS background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with group facilitation and 1:1 training
  • Sales or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Support a caseload of 40+ clients, including assessments, skill training, job placement, and follow‑along services
  • Receive referrals and coordinate employment-related activities
  • Complete and maintain client documentation per licensing and accreditation requirements
  • Transport clients as needed
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, employers, funders, co-workers, and community members
  • Develop knowledge of multiple industries and maintain a professional network
  • Use technology to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Track employment progress and outcomes with strong attention to detail
