About The Position

The Career Services Senior Team Leader will provide advanced subject matter expertise and primary supervision of Employment Specialists. Responsible for implementing a training plan for new hires and providing ongoing training needs for new Employment Specialists. Essential Functions: Provide Coordination and Supervision of Employment Specialists•Provide regular supervision to Employment Specialists•Ensure Employment Specialists are performing duties to standards and performs regular quality assurance practices to ensure compliance•Facilitate team meetings for ES and monthly ES meetings, as needed•Coordinate staffing and coverage•Serve as a 'super-user' for the department EHRs, etc. to support the effective use of technology•Conduct 90-day reviews and annual performance evaluations for all Employment Specialists Administrative: Complete monthly DORS reports for all supervisees•Assist the Director with records and data management for the programs in the department•Assist the Director with implementing and complying with CARF regulations and guidelines•Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of new employees•Actively participate in the ES Leadership meetings•Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Business Administration, or related field, minimum of five years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work occasional evening hours, weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet rigid deadlines
  • Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years supervisory experience preferred
