Serve as a supportive employment specialist to individuals receiving services. Act as an interpreter to assist in family education to help members better understand and relate to individuals living with a mental illness. Assist individuals being served by the combat stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness. Provide ongoing assessment. Carries out the services of the IPS Supported Employment program by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals.
